Each Joining instruction is specific to the camp, please pick the correct one. 
Cadets are required to fill out and bring the following:
Appendix
     - Appendix C - Personal Articles Log
     - Appendix D - OTC Prescribed and over the counter medication form ( if required)
     - Appendix E - Cadet Transportation Form
     - Appendix F - Parental / Guardian leave Authorization
     - Appendix G - Code of Conduct - Course Cadet
     - Copies of the signed letters of offer have been sent to the camps on your behalf.
